En las pasadas semanas la editorial estadounidense Zenoshyftha iniciado una campaña promocional en las redes sociales para anunciar el próximo lanzamiento de Zenoshyft cuyo proyecto de financiación a través de Kickstarter está a punto de comenzar. Desmarcándose un poco de los títulos anteriores de la editorial, normalmente enfocados a juegos de tablero con miniaturas, Zenoshyftes un juego de cartas cooperativo en el que los jugadores toman el papel militares de élite que tratan de poner a defender una base espacial de un ataque alienígena.
En cuanto a mecánicas, XenoShyft combina construcción de mazos y gestión de recursos con un sistema de combate rápido y dinámico. Conforme avanza la partida los jugadores construyen su propio mazo de tropas, equipamiento y cartas de objeto que utilizarán en su turno para defender la base y ayudar a sus compañeros. Los jugadores deberán establecer una estrategia que permita el trabajo en equipo, equilibrando las fuerzas de las diferentes divisiones a las que pertenecen y organizando las tácticas de defensa para asegurarse de que ninguno de ellos es capturado.
La campaña en Kickstarter ha sido anunciada para este mes de mayo, por lo que si todo transcurre conforme a los planes de la editorial, debería estar activa en apenas unos días.
