Space Junk es uno de esos juegos que según lees la temática, sabes que va a ser un juego con el que te lo puedes pasar bien y es que la historia que nos presenta es la mar de disparatada.

En el año 2047 la atmósfera de la tierra esta llena de basura espacial y los responsables de ello, sabedores del problema buscan una solución al respecto. La solución es nada mas y nada menos es un reality show que consiste en una carrera espacial donde los concursantes montan sus naves a partir de esa basura espacial, aprovechando todo tipo de desperdicios y para darle más inri al asunto, las carreras no tienen que ser del todo limpias, sino que se anima a los concursantes a atacarse entre ellos para motivarse y por supuesto, aumentar la audiencia del reality. Esto nos llevará a ver situaciones tan disparatadas como atacar a tus adversarios con un árbol de Navidad o un enano de jardín.

A principios de este 2014 pudimos ver una versión print and play del juego y ahora antes de que finalice el presente año, llegará la versión comercial del mismo, después de haberse financiado vía Kickstarter en enero.

Bajo una estética completamente desenfadada el juego se presenta en clave de humor y está destinado para grupos entre 2 y 6 jugadores y las partidas durarán aproximadamente una hora. La enorme cantidad de tarjetas que traerá el juego también garantiza el que no haya dos partidas iguales.
