Quería compartir con vosotros un curso que hemos hecho en Murcia sobre juegos de mesa y empleabilidad. Se trataba de desarrollar juegos para desarrollar competencias necesarias en el mundo laboral. Este proyecto ha estado financiado por el extinto programa Juventud en Acción y ha juntado a participantes de Bielorrusia, Ucrania, Letonia, Armenia, Estonia y España.
Los participantes han creado las reglas de dos juegos: Lifebuilder y Scouts, que podéis descargaros aquí:

Creemos que los juegos son una herramienta que conecta muy bien con las capacidades y competencias que se necesitan hoy en día, como el saber gestionar la frustración, saber trabajar para un objetivo, colaborar y competir, comunicarse de forma efectiva o aprender y seguir las reglas.

Creemos que los juegos son una herramienta que conecta muy bien con las capacidades y competencias que se necesitan hoy en día, como el saber gestionar la frustración, saber trabajar para un objetivo, colaborar y competir, comunicarse de forma efectiva o aprender y seguir las reglas.
Varias preguntas, de otro murciano :D
- ¿Crees que las competencias se consiguen creando juegos o jugando?
- ¿Hay juegos más adecuados para conseguir esas competencia? ¿De qué clase? ¿Podrías poner algún ejemplo?
- ¿Pueden, según que juegos, perjudicar algunas competencias? Por ejemplo, hacerte más egoista, menos participativo, receloso de compartir, ....

Le he echado un vistazo rápido, pero no entiendo las reglas del Lifebuilder me imagino que no estén del todo completas allí, y el enlace del Scouts no va.
