Caffeine Rush es un nuevo juego de R&R Games, de 2 a 6 jugadores que verá la luz a lo largo del año en inglés cuya principal novedad es que se juega en tiempo real.

Los jugadores compartirán el espacio de trabajo entre ellos y las órdenes empezarán a llegar. Deberás de coger los ingredientes necesarios para empezar a tramitar los pedidos y ganar dinero con las propinas, pero deberás de tener cuidado puesto que si alguien finaliza tu trabajo, el se llevará todas las propinas. Cada vez que una bebida es servida, conseguirás un nuevo pedido y deberás de gritarle a todos tus compañeros para que sepan de que se trata. Sin lugar a duda, unas buenas dosis de cafeína parece que serán necesarias para jugar a este juego.

El juego está integrado completamente por cartas, en concreto 162 cartas de ingredientes, 36 cartas de pedidos y 12 cartas especiales y de ayuda para los jugadores. El juego será independiente del idioma.
