Dice Hate Me y Greater than Games se fusionan Las compañías Dice Hate Me y Greater Than Games han anunciado su fusión. Dicha unión tendrá poco impacto en los consumidores ya que ambas empresas se han comprometido a mantener su catálogo.
Dice Hate Me y Greater than Games se fusionan bajo el sello de la segunda, un movimiento empresarial con mucho sentido ya que dicha empresa realiza funciones de almacenaje y envío de los juegos que edita Dice Hate Me. La fusión no implica muchos cambios a nivel estructural, según explica la compañía dentro en su nota de prensa, ya que mantienen su catálogo, su línea de producción y no se produce ningún cambio en su personal. Sin embargo, ambas compañías eliminarán operaciones duplicadas, lo que redundará en un mejor servicio de atención al cliente.
El primer título conjunto de ambas compañías buscará financiarse a través de Kickstarter. El juego "Bottom of the 9th" tiene una mecánica de dados y cartas para dos jugadores. Basado en una de las situaciones de un partido de baseball (Ultimo lanzamiento de la novena entrada con el encuentro empatado) cada uno de los jugadores toma el papel de lanzador y bateador en un juego rápido de duración variable. Ambos jugadores deberán de utilizar sus propias habilidades, fortalezas y debilidades para intentar engañar a su rival.
El juego llegará a Kickstarter en marzo y solo nos queda esperar a que termine la campaña para ver si consigue el éxito de otros juegos de Dice Hate me Games como Belle of the Ball, Brew Crafters o las diferentes versiones de Viva Java
