Lances es un juego interpretativo para dos o más jugadores que recrea el ambiente del siglo XVII en España, pero convirtiendo cada partida en una representación teatral del Siglo de Oro que captura todo el sabor de esa época. Desde la Loa al autor hasta el Baile tras la representación, los elementos característicos de una comedia del teatro del Siglo de Oro son trasladados a la mesa de juego convirtiendo a Lances en una experiencia interpretativa completamente diferente a la de otros juegos de rol tradicionales.
Mediante un sencillo sistema de juego basado en las cartas de la baraja española y el uso de amarracos, Lances propone un reto interpretativo para aquellos que se atrevan a revivir las andanzas de Quevedo, Lope de Vega, Tirso de Molina y los personajes de sus obras, proporcionando todos los elementos necesarios para convertir una sesión de juego en una verdadera obra de arte.

He leido la reseña de wkr, pero no me ha quedado muy claro... durante el juego tenemos que inventarnos trozos de una obra como si fueramos actores de una obra de improvisacion? Hay que bailar tambien?

Normalmente se juega sentado alrededor de una mesa.
