La editorial estadounidense Red Raven Games acaba de dar el pistoletazo de salida a una nueva campaña en Kickstarter, en esta ocasión para financiar conjuntamente Dingo’s Dreams de Alf Seegert y la segunda edición de City of Iron de Ryan Laukat, que a su vez ha ilustrado ambos títulos.
En Dingo’s Dreams los jugadores compiten por ser los primeros en guiar a su animal a través de un mundo de fantasía. Cada jugador comienza la partida con una cuadrícula de 5×5 piezas y una pieza extra en la que está dibujado su animal. En la parte contraria de la cuadrícula hay otra ficha del animal de manera que en cada turno se roba una carta que indica a los jugadores la pieza que deben girar. Cuando un jugador gira una pieza significa que su animal está viajando a dicho punto.
El objetivo de cada jugador consiste en guiar a su animal a lo largo del mundo fantástico en el que se ha perdido colocándolo conforme a un patrón determinado, diferente en cada partida. Cuando se roba una carta, el jugador coge la ficha extra de animal que posee desplazándola a lo largo de una fila o columna hasta que aparece por el lado contrario. El jugador usará esta pieza para atravesar otra fila o columna hasta que la pieza descubierta se corresponda con su objetivo.
El juego incluye una serie de reglas avanzadas y piezas de peligro que incrementan la dificultad de forma considerable ya que para completar el patrón los jugadores no podrán colocar su animal en ninguna de las espacios de peligro marcados.
