Estimados amigos de la BSK, nos complace anunciarles que Ediciones MasQueOca publicará Santo Domingo en Español y Catalán.

Siguiendo la estela de Port Royal, en el juego de cartas "Santo Domingo" cada jugador tiene el mismo conjunto de ocho cartas de acción. Cada turno, eligen una o dos cartas para jugar (dependiendo del número de jugadores) y las revelan al mismo tiempo.
Las acciones de las cartas se llevan a cabo en un orden específico -algunos tipos de acción se ejecutan a la vez- y permiten a los jugadores recolectar mercancías, vender mercancías por puntos de victoria o incluso recoger puntos de victoria directamente.

Sin embargo, debido a un suministro limitado de mercancías y puntos por turno, el poder de una tarjeta depende de las cartas que los oponentes jugaron, por lo que se abren muchas oportunidades y estrategias durante la partida.

Ambientado en el mundo de "Port Royal" y también ilustrado por Klemens Franz, en el juego "Santo Domingo", al igual que en Port Royal, se rasca la misma picazón de arriesgarse en cada ronda y siempre intentas sacar el máximo posible cada turno para tu causa. Sin embargo no todo son similitudes, como un juego autónomo, "Santo Domingo" logra una nueva experiencia de juego con mecanismos completamente diferentes, frescos y además cuenta con más interactividad entre jugadores.
