WizKids reveló hoy sus planes para el lanzamiento de una gama de miniaturas y un juego de mesa basados en el juego de cartas coleccionables, Magic: El encuentro.

Tras un acuerdo con Wizars of the Coast, la compañía Wizkids pretende ampliar su universo y seguir creciendo dentro de la comunidad de jugadores de Magic.

Las primeras miniaturas pintadas se centrarán en algunas cartas favoritas añadiendo un toque especial a la experiencia del jugador mientras que el juego de mesa se basará en el juego de cartas coleccionable tradicional. Los jugadores serán magos planeswalkers que explorarán el multiverso de Dominaria para establecer conexiones con los recursos de maná, extraer poder antes que lo hagan sus enemigos o mejorar sus barajas de cartas de hechizos.

La nueva gama de miniaturas y el juego de mesa se comercializarán el otoño de 2018.

Por norma general los juegos de wizkids no son nada del otro mundo, caros y normalmente coleccionables...aún así yo sigo esperando un buen juego basado en Magic, que daría para mucho, ¿Será este? seguiré atento. :D

A ver que tal. Hasbro dejó el suyo vendido y eso que no pintaba mal.

Me uno por ver como avanza el proyecto. Me parece interesante, aunque será coleccionable y eso me echa bastante para atrás.
