La editorial Eclipse ha presentado Yohei, un nuevo titulo para ampliar su colección.

Yohei es un wargame ligero de temática fantástica inspirado en el Japón Samurái de finales del siglo XVIII, combinara las historias bélicas de la época con las leyendas sobre criaturas mitológicas.

Monstruos y espíritus se sumarán a las batallas acompañando a los soldados, repartidos en 8 clanes totalmente asimétricos.

Yohei introduce a los jugadores en escaramuzas con equipos de diez miembros expertos en la guerra que asola el imperio, permitiendo confeccionar las tropas haciendo combinaciones de dos clanes diferentes (modo Clanes), enriqueciendo así la búsqueda de poderosos combos y habilidades, combinado todo con un sistema de combate sencillo, intuitivo y visual que combina unidades en peanas y cartas

Yohei permitirá jugar individualmente o por equipos a través de un tablero de mapa modular a doble cara. Se podrá jugar con dos modos de juego: Clanes (Básico) o Mercenarios (avanzado/experto).

Yohei se basará en un sistema de draft y gestión de puntos de acción.

A todo ello se sumaran las cartas de Evento; poderosos hechizos, ataques sorpresa e incluso equipos legendarios como armaduras o armas.
