THE GOD KINGS
Con una caja y un mapa impresionante Compas Games editarà este próximo mes de Septiembre y si no cambian las cosas este juego, del cual es interesante por el periodo que abarca, egipcios, y tribus del oriente medio, con un periodo muy largo de tiempo
Una referencia en algún juego puedes tenerlo en The Chariot Lods, y The Campaign of Rey David, ambos de Clash of Arms, pero solamente por el periodo que abarca de las tribus, y porque son juegos multijugadores en los que pueden jugar tranquilamente hasta 4 jugadores
Pros:
- Diseño del juego, por lo menos el mapa y caja son espectaculares
- Aplicado el sistema de card-driven, a falta de ver las reglas, es importante el efecto de aplicar cartas que creo que seran de evento para cada tribu y cartas tambien globales para todos los jugadores, y será más un wargame con cartas de evento que un card-driven
A diferencia del Chariots of Lods en el que esta basado en el sistema de Britannia, y no es un sistema punto a punto sino de areas, para mi gusto Chariots es un buen juego, he desarrollado dos partidas, a 4/5 jugadores completas y lo que si como punto negativo destaco que se hace muy largo, tarde y noche como el que dice, para mi gusto es demasiado largo
The Campaign of Rey David, es hasta cinco jugadores, hay una parte económica,, pero es un juego que puedes pasar tranquilamente de el, me parece bastante flojo y largo, no lo recomiendo nada
Por eso entre unos juegos demasiado largos y un Rey David demasiado flojo, encuentro a faltar un juego de nivel medio sobre este periodo tan extenso
- Es interesante que se pueda jugar a dos, aunque dudo que emplee todo el mapa seguro que más interesante estarà a cuatro,
- ojo! no hay más jugadores llega hasta cuatro.
Quedará ver si el juego resulta, y no se hace demasiado extenso ( no supera las 5 horas) y cubre este hueco de juego de primera linea que se echa en falta, ya que Chariots tampoco es de primera , es para forofos del sistema Britannia y del que le tengo mucho aprecio.

Supongo que no serán lo mismo pero se me da un aire al Assyrian Wars. A mí es que este tipo de juegos de reinos/imperios en el mundo antiguo me tiene ganado casi con la portada simplemente, jajajaja. La carne es débil.
Si, me olvide, quizar porque tampoco es un juego de primera línea, paso por mi estanteria sin pena ni gloria. The god Kings es más parecido a Assirian que a los que nombre y le espero mejor suerte
