Stronghold ya anunció hace unos meses que iba a reeditar el clásico Outpost, en su momento editado por TimJim games allá por 1991, con reglas revisadas, incluyendo la variante "kicker" de Tom Lehman. Pues ahora, que se acerca Essen, donde lo presentarán, ya tenemos imagen de la portada:

A mí, como el tema de la creación de colonias en el espacio me atrae y es un juego escalable hasta a 9 jugadores, pues ya le he echado el guante al preorder...

Añade nuevas mejoras a las colonias, básicamente.
Pero éste es más económico que otra cosa no?

Incorpora "de serie" las aportaciones de Tom Lehman (variante Kicker y las reglas para expertos, que en realidad son más sencillas y hacen un juego más equilibrado y redondo), además de más componentes. Y soporta hasta 9 jugadores con un tiempo estimado de partida de 2 hrs. y media.
Con mecánicas similares, diferente tema y tiempo de partida progresivamente menor tenemos Outpost > Scepter of Zavandor > Phoenicia. Aunque me atrae más el tema espacial, por cuanto dura la partida y como se desarrolla esta, de momento me quedo con Phoenicia. ;)
