For me matter is solved!

One note, it's when things are not well, by exemple, not having on stock, or a devolution, that we see really how a store behave.

For me it was not a very good impression for my first try in buying from here.

I will post it in English, since my native language is portuguese and portuguese and spanish are diferente languages indeed!
My experience with them is so far terrible!

I put a request and paid for it in 08/05/2017.

Then after more than 3 months of hardly no comunnication and no product i finnally made them (yes, it was hard for them doing it) cancel my request.

Now i'm at 9 days of waiting for the money that i paid in 08/05/2017 to be refunded.

And they stoped answering emails, the only good communication is their facebook Messenger, but that person says he has no power to resolve things.

I have requested products from other online shops in Spain and have no problem at all!
