En eso tienes razon (aun tengo el Comancheria para aprender a jugarlo/traducir manuales) y la ultima expansion del Leaving Earth en caja.

Ademas, me da que el actual Presidente que tiene USA le quita prestigio al juego...

Por fin alguna noticia del juego (en el newsletter de este mes de GMT), aunque me da que va para largo y esperaran a después de las próximas elecciones:



"El diseño base ya está completo! Ahora le he entregado el proyecto al desarrollador Mike Bertucelli para que realice pruebas y desarrollos adicionales. Él y su equipo de pruebas principales han configurado una versión digital del juego para facilitar las pruebas, lo que debería acelerar el proceso considerablemente. Estoy seguro de que tendremos noticias de Mike durante las próximas semanas/meses, ya que está listo para ampliar el grupo de evaluadores.

No estoy completamente fuera del desarrollo en este punto. Todavía estoy respondiendo a las consultas de Mike y haciendo ajustes de diseño semanalmente, como es común en esta etapa de un proyecto de diseño. La semana que viene en Tempe en la CSW Expo, supervisaré las pruebas con algunos de mis probadores principales de juego, así como con cualquiera que quiera pasar un rato y jugar. Here's a little update on the development of Mr. President. The team is working hard on getting Mr. President to the finish line. We are about to begin final art, hopefully we will be able to show a few photos in the near future. We plan to take a slightly different approach on teaching you how to play Mr. President, with the hopes of getting you playing in the shortest amount of time.

There will be a How to Play Book with the basic game mechanics. There also will be a Flip Book included, which is a detailed extended sequence of play. The goal is for you to be able to play Mr. President by using the Flip Book. The Flip Book will assist you by guiding you through each phase of the turn in a step by step detailed manner.

During October's Weekend at the Warehouse, I had a couple of play testers that wanted to give Mr. President a try. I gave them 10 minutes of game instructions, then I handed them the Play Book & Flip Book and walked away. They were able to play a full turn of Mr. President with only a few questions for me. The feedback from the play testers has been very encouraging. More details coming at a later date.

"The pic above shows developer Mike Bertucelli, Rachel, and some random designer working on Mr. President last Friday in my "Presidents Room" at the house. We have set aside Fridays for the next month or so to finalize all the edits for Mr. President as it's going to art. The game's map and cards have already gone to the art department, so we're making progress toward production. We'll show you samples of those over the coming months as we have them. Now we just need to bear down on the editing side of things to make sure we get all the final details right.

Thanks very much for your great support of Mr. President (over 2,000 P500 orders!) as well as your patience as I've tried to get this game finished in my "spare" time when I'm not handling GMT management duties. It won't be long now!"
